Shipping Policy

Our honey ships free to addresses served by the U.S. postal service. This include P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside the U.S.

Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to a 10 percent administrative fee. For products that have already been shipped, we will subtract what we paid to ship your order from your refund.

Unless you purchased shipping insurance during checkout, any claims for lost or stolen shipments must be made to the carrier. We will only refund the cost of you item if the carrier, such as USPS or UPS, says the item was not received. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they have entered our fulfillment process. Canceled orders will be refunded minus a 10 percent administrative fee.

For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for of any edible product, including honey. These items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Unless you purchased shipping insurance during checkout, any claims for lost or stolen shipments must be made to the carrier. If the carrier says the item was delivered, we cannot honor any claim that the item was not received.

If you reject or return a package without opening it, we will refund the price minus a 15 percent restocking fee and our cost to ship it to you.
